A Point and figure chart of Nifty 50 is the basis of the trades which will be in bi-weekly CE or PE (long).

Trend of Nifty 50 is based on the MAST indicator on a 0.02% box size.

MAST indicator designed by the Definedge team is a combination of Moving average and Super trend indicators.

Entry Condition:

Whenever MAST turns bullish (its in the Popular section for entry conditions), the system will trigger a long in the bi-weekly ATM Call.

An additional optional parameter is long Call will be bought ONLY if India VIX on a 0.25% P&F chart on a 1 min time frame is below MAST.

Exit Condition:

Exit for the long CE is as soon as MAST turns bearish, and that is when the second strategy gets triggered (long Put).

The signals may appear simple—even simplistic—but they have proven to be highly effective.
Hence the name KISS (Keep It Simple and Stupid).

Feel free to experiment with it and refine it to suit your trading style, thereby enhancing both execution and conviction.

Filters

You can further enhance the strategy by adding filters: additional rules, indicators, or pattern-based conditions.

One effective approach is to incorporate a higher timeframe trend filter, such as the daily trend of the stock.

You can also apply intraday-specific filters to improve trade quality.

With the right filters, you can further refine and personalise it to suit your trading style.

You can modify it, test it, and deploy it on the Algostra.
