Super Pattern – Bearish Probable

Developed at Definedge.

The Super pattern is a strong bearish momentum follow-through pattern.

1 – Double bottom sell pattern

2 – At least 10 boxes after the double bottom sell pattern

3 – Shallow retracement

After the above conditions, there may be a column of ‘X’, but the double top buy pattern has not yet shown up. These are the conditions for the probable bearish super pattern. After this, a double bottom sell will trigger a bearish super pattern. The probable super pattern condition is useful for screening stocks that will trigger a bearish super pattern.

Planning trades based on bearish super patterns in advance is easier with this pattern.

Super pattern was introduced by Prashant Shah in his book on P&F charts.

This pattern can be plotted on the chart by adding it from the study menu in TradePoint & RZone. The pattern is also available in the system builder section. By combining this pattern with other patterns and indicators, you can create your own trading strategies. For any group of stocks and market segments, you can scan and backtest stocks based on those strategies.
