Account Opening Process

Click on the button that says Open a Demat Account

Follow the step-by-step process and attach the documents as mentioned on the right side of your screen wherever needed

1. Install the Zone app from the App Store or Play Store, or visit https://signup.definedgesecurities.com/
2. Enter your mobile number and click on Send OTP. Enter the OTP and click on Verify OTP
3. Enter your Email ID and click on Verify Email. Enter the OTP and click on Verify OTP
4. Enter your PAN number and then click on Continue
5. Connect to Digilocker
6. Enter your personal details and click on Continue
7. Select the segments you would like to trade in, accept the terms and conditions, and click on Continue
8. Complete the In-Person Verification (IPV) by ensuring you are clearly visible and click on Capture (you must enable your camera). Then click on Continue.
9. Click on Sign, draw your signature on the screen or upload a copy of your signature, and click on Save
10. If you wish to add a nominee, click on Add nominee, enter the nominee details, and click on Continue. However, you can also add a nominee later after your account is opened
11. Link your bank account using UPI or by manually entering your bank account details, then click on Continue
12. Upload documents (If required): Bank proof (if you entered the bank details manually) or income proof (if you want to trade in F&O). Click on Continue
13. After successfully uploading the documents, you can review your details and click on eSign

After completing the account opening process, you will receive a Welcome Email.

While we review and verify your documents, you can browse through our products and services listed in “Welcome” email

As soon as your account is verified, you will receive “Congratulations” email with your demat account details

As well as you will receive an email to update the password of your Trading/Demat account

You will now be able to Login to your Definedge Securities account through web.
