Procedure to file a complaint on SEBI SCORES: Register on SCORES portal. Mandatory details for filing complaints on SCORES: Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail ID.

ODR Portal: The investor/client can also initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal.
