How to transfer money from bank account to demat account (Payin process)?
You can transfer money from your registered bank account to Definedge Securities demat account either by directly logging into My Account or through NEFT.
You can follow below path for the Payin Process:
Step 1: Login to https://myaccount.definedgesecurities.com/
Step 2:
Click on Funds and select PayIn option
Step 3: Select the bank from which you want to transfer the amount (incase more than one bank linked with account)
Step 4: Select the “Segment” you want to transfer the funds
Step 5: Enter the amount, select Payment Method and click on PayIn button
Please Note: Incase, you opt for IMPS/NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, a screen with details will pop-up displaying all the details including Beneficiary account number (combination of DSBL and UCC), IFSC, Account type, etc.
Step 6: In order to check your margin, kindly log in to https://zone.definedgesecurities.com/ -> then click on “Reports” -> select “Margin”.
Please Note: Your funds shall get credited to your account as soon they are received, if your transferred funds are not credited even upto 1hr, please feel free to write to us at [email protected]. Kindly mention your UCC in any such email.
How to transfer money from demat account to bank account (Payout process)?
Step 1: Login to https://myaccount.definedgesecurities.com/
Step 2:
Click on Funds and select Payout option
Step 3: Select the “Segment” from which you want to transfer the amount
Step 4: Enter the amount (please ensure that the amount requested for payout is clear balance available according to your Ledger)
Step 5: Click on “Pay Out” button
Payout Cycle:
We have 2 payout cycles:
1. Payout requests received before 3 pm on a business day will be processed same day.
2. Payout requests received after 3 pm will be processed on the next business day.
3. If it is a bank holiday, the payout will be processed on the next business day.
